SERVICENOW SALES EXECUTIVE
YOUR CHALLENGE Our Clients ServiceNow Practice are responsible to build, sell and deliver solutions that are based on ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSM and Business Apps). The portfolio encompasses the selling of the ServiceNow products, the implementation of the solution (Professional Services) and its long-term management (Application Management Services).To support the on-going growth in the ServiceNow market Switzerland, we are seeking to expand the sales team in Switzerland with ServiceNow Sales Executives. We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals with extensive experience mainly in the fields of Service Management, Customer Service Management and Operations Management. Primarily, the role of the ServiceNow Sales Executive will be to focus on a number of large and mid-sized Enterprise customers, to develop deep and high value relationships in order to take a leadership role in developing multi-year ServiceNow businesses.
YOUR TASKS The Sales Executive will be responsible for territory planning, lead generation, sales and account management. Specific responsibilities include reach the agreed sales goals on quarterly and annual basis (develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams). Be recognized as a master in knowledge of ServiceNow products, solution and service offerings (for stand-alone solutions and in combination with our Clients company portfolio of products and services). Know the competitive landscape, their offerings, strengths and weaknesses. Network with and understand the existing customers (in cooperation with account teams), and prospect the market, to generate leads, qualify and pursue opportunities, negotiate and close deals. Develop C-level relationships to position value-add solutions to the client. Build effective working relationship with ServiceNow stakeholders (Account Managers, Presales, Partner Managers, etc.) with respect to opportunities. Build, present and defend solutions and proposals. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key players. Master Salesforce to accurately forecasts business;
REQUIREMENTS Account management or field sales experience. Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and professional services. Experience of the ITSM industry is highly desirable. Familiar with the SaaS value proposition. Strong sales, communications and organizational skills. Excellent networking and negotiation skills. German and English proficiency is a must. Self-motivated and organized individual. Strong track record of sales performance.
