After 11 years, we have already carried out the third and also largest update. In the same project we also renewed our e-recruiting platform and replaced it with an enterprise cloud platform. The reengineering for the complete system landscape took 2 years. Candidates benefit particularly from the new solution. Affected are areas like application process, document management, job market and job filtering, as well as the entire user experience. The new job market has been strongly SEO optimized. Addexpert is now able activate new/additional job segments including landing page within 10 minutes, so that our jobs can also achieve maximum impact in Google.

The external help was necessary because essential components such as architecture, business administration and business development had to be fulfilled. Besides German, the candidate had to be fluent in French. After the initial analysis, we quickly received the first good candidate proposals.
