FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
YOUR CHALLENGE You take care of the desktop environment including responsibility for deployment of Desktop/Laptop and when applicable physical server/network equipment installation, configuration, application installation, troubleshooting, incident and request handling. Provide support for the manufacturing “shop-floor” handhelds, laptops, scanner devices and end user support as well as for installing Move Add Change (lMAC). Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
YOUR PROFILE You have an appropriate IT education or training and experience with supporting end users in an desktop environment. Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System is required as well as experience in MS Office and basic business application. You have worked on a desk side support services, are good in communication, analytics and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and compute/storage and mobile device support helps to fulfill the needs as well as any ITIL certifications. You are fluent in English and in German.
