Your Responsibilities In this role, you will manage high-net-worth Asian clients, with a focus on maintaining and deepening existing relationships. Building long-term partnerships lies at the heart of your responsibilities. As the primary point of contact, you support your clients from Switzerland’s secure and discreet financial center in matters of wealth structuring, family office services, and long-term investment strategies. You will work closely with international specialists to ensure your clients benefit from globally coordinated, tailor-made solutions. You always act with full awareness of the regulatory frameworks in Switzerland and the EU. Your contribution will be instrumental in the successful establishment of the Zurich office from day one.

Your Profile You bring several years of experience in private banking or the family office environment, with a focus on Asian or international high-net-worth clients. Cultural and linguistic fit is essential for this role. You speak fluent Mandarin and business-level English. You are well-versed in the regulatory requirements governing Swiss and European cross-border business and apply this knowledge confidently in client interactions. Entrepreneurial thinking comes naturally to you – ideally, you have worked in a dynamic or entrepreneurially driven environment before. Your working style is discreet, service-oriented, and forward-looking. You value taking on responsibility and are motivated to play an active role in building a new business location.
