Xer Technologies has been building and operating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for several years. With the current launch of the first production-ready UAV type, pioneering work has been done to create a new generation of high-performance drones. It is a hybrid multirotor drone equipped with a gasoline power plant to perform so-called BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) flights for inspection and security tasks with long flight duration. Originally a Swedish company, Xer Technologies established its Swiss headquarters in 2022 and now consolidates all business activities in one location in the greater Zurich area. Xer Technologies already counts several international companies and institutions among its customers.
