Daniel Scheidegger: addexpert GmbH has carried out several search mandates for us in the area of specialists and managers. Reto Schürch: For the vacancy ICT coordinator/project manager within the Careum Foundation, we engaged addexpert. Thanks to the external help, we were able to clearly define the technical requirements as well as the personality in order to achieve a sustainable solution. For the on-site clarification, addexpert involved an ICT specialist who contributed decisively to the clarification. We quickly received suitable candidate proposals, which ultimately led to the placement. The recruiting process was well and competently supported. Sandro Cesta: For an interim project (contracting) we engaged addexpert to search for a Senior Business Controller. Soon we were presented with suitable candidates who were able to meet the high requirements. With the selection of the desired candidate, addexpert also took over the complete service including external hiring plus payrolling. To the delight of all parties involved, after four months we were able to engage our controlling expert for a permanent position. Due to several changes in the constellation during the selection phase, addexpert always reacted with the right measures. I was surprised by this high flexibility. For future projects, we will gladly use the services of addexpert again
