The Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Luzern (ABL) was founded in Lucerne in 1924 and is now the largest non-profit housing cooperation in Central Switzerland. It stands for a responsible housing policy free from speculation.Across 16 neighborhoods, the abl offers a high quality of life in over 2,250 apartments for families, seniors, individuals, and shared living arrangements. It has over 16,000 members, of whom a total of 4,800 live in abl housing. Partially renovated older properties as well as modern and innovative new buildings ensure an attractive mix of housing. Rents are calculated based on the cost-based rent principle and correspond to the value of each individual apartment.

Reto Schürch: For the vacancy ICT coordinator/project manager within the Careum Foundation, we engaged addexpert. Thanks to the external help, we were able to clearly define the technical requirements as well as the personality in order to achieve a sustainable solution.
