Sandro Cesta: For an interim project (contracting) we engaged addexpert to search for a Senior Business Controller. Soon we were presented with suitable candidates who were able to meet the high requirements. With the selection of the desired candidate, addexpert also took over the complete service including external hiring plus payrolling. To the delight of all parties involved, after four months we were able to engage our controlling expert for a permanent position. Due to several changes in the constellation during the selection phase, addexpert always reacted with the right measures. I was surprised by this high flexibility.
