Jürg Capol: We were able to successfully fill a director position. The external help was necessary because essential components such as architecture, business administration and business development had to be fulfilled. Besides German, the candidate had to be fluent in French. After the initial analysis, we quickly received the first good candidate proposals. Finally, we were able to fill the vacancy with the desired candidate within 3 months after the start. We will be happy to work with addexpert again for future positions.

Sandro Cesta: For an interim project (contracting) we engaged addexpert to search for a Senior Business Controller. Soon we were presented with suitable candidates who were able to meet the high requirements. With the selection of the desired candidate, addexpert also took over the complete service including external hiring plus payrolling. To the delight of all parties involved, after four months we were able to engage our controlling expert for a permanent position.
