The Swiss high-tech company, FemtoTools, develops and markets high-resolution, MEMS-based nanoindenters that are used in the characterization of microscopic objects in a wide range of fields such as biomedical engineering, microengineering, nanotechnology or materials science. While conventional nanoindentation systems have force sensing technologies, FemtoTools uses semiconductor fabrication technology as a solution for nano- to milli-newton force measurement. Sandro Cesta: For an interim project (contracting) we engaged addexpert to search for a Senior Business Controller. Soon we were presented with suitable candidates who were able to meet the high requirements. With the selection of the desired candidate, addexpert also took over the complete service including external hiring plus payrolling. To the delight of all parties involved, after four months we were able to engage our controlling expert for a permanent position.
